Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns & Exchanges:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at info@tablebella.ca if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item in its packaging (to show how it arrived).

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our pieces, we handle each situation with care. We will work with you to find the best solution based on availability, which may include a replacement or a refund of equal value.

Our parcels include carrier insurance (usually up to $100). In case of damage or loss, please provide photos within 48 hours of delivery. We may file a claim with the carrier and process your refund once the claim is approved.

Refunds (if applicable – damages only)

If a refund is approved following a damage claim, it will be issued within 15 days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund approval and you still don’t see it, please contact us at info@tablebella.ca.
